Direct Marketing in Poland - an increasing market

Also in Poland, direct marketing is becoming more and more important. With its 38 million inhabitants this market should not be disregarded. Direct marketing has been almost unknown until shortly but in the meantime a few mail order companies are doing business there and reach very good results. According to a representative survey published by the Polish direct marketing association, Polish companies spent 53,7% of their marketing budgets in direct marketing in 2000 - showing an upward trend.

This target group consists of teachers only, who are working at primary schools and secondary modern schools. At PERSEN VERLAG they buy books for school, teaching material, textbooks for teachers as well as educational software. They have been generated by direct mails to schools as well as by recruitment seminars and fairs.

The address file becomes updated after every mailing, which is 5 - 10 times a year. This shows, that it is always up-to-date. This list can not be rented to book sellers or magazines with educational themes. We recommend it especially for tourism, mail order companies for wines, luxury products...
